UX and Growth Podcast – Remote Work & Digital Nomadism
介绍：How to go remote & why more companies are doing it
The ways that we work are changing, and there's some super compelling data around how and why that's happening. More candidates are expressing that the ability (or inability) to work remote weighs heavily on their job decisions. More companies are finding that they can hire better talent, keep employees happier, and save massive operation costs by adopting remote work.
But making this transition isn't always an easy thing to do. I've been working remote for several months now, inside a company that has a mixture of office-based employees and remote employees. My co-hosts are based out of one of those offices. In this episode, we share what we've learned (from both perspectives), how employees and companies can set themselves up for remote work (and how they can fail), and why we think this switch to remote work is inevitable.
If you have any questions about our remote experiences or opinions, fire away! We'll be around.
